Vista Update Error 80070424

I am using Vista Ultimate x64. Whenever I try to do windows update, it gives me error 80070424. I have tried following this and it worked with no errors, but i still get the same error in windows update. Thanks for any help!

Also when I try this command "regsvr32.exe wuaueng.dll"
I get this error
