My hubby recently acquired this problem. His Yahoo homepage keeps redirecting him to ad sites whenever he does a search. Any page he wishes to bookmark entitles itself JUMP??? Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what is wrong and how we can repair it? McAfee has removed the majority of what is called pcrviewer, but says it cannot remove it all. Thanks.
