The Windows XP default desktop "Bliss" loads immediately following the first Windows XP screen and before the message "windows is starting" and the user log on screen. It has never done this before and am not sure why it started. I do not have it set as a wallpaper in my desktop setup. I can find nothing in start up tab using msconfig . It is just annoying. Any suggestions.
