Problem with Video Card's TV-out

I have problem with TV-out. Problem is:
Connection - S-Video to composit wire (no matters that wire)
I switched drivers and don't solved this trouble. This problem appers all the time when system is working long time (I installed Windows - no problems, couple of months works - disapear), and I cant solve it.
NVIdia Driver see TV, but I cannot see movie on TV, even signal from PC. This is on all TV-sets.
Please help me.
