hello dear sir

i have a clean windowsxp installation.but on start up i have this error message.my computer is working but speed is slow.but everytime i reset my computer i got this error.i tried to scan my computer by nod32 and spyware doctor.no threat was found.please help me to recover my normal startup without any error message.
