My pc keeps losing system files on xp :(

hi all :)

my pc keeps losing system files. I have done repair countless times now and even reformat and reinstalled.
The problem keeps coming back.

sometimes its dll files sys files, you name it "its lost it"
could this be its a copy of xp? i have never had this problem before, or maybe if could be a faulty hardrive?

What do you mean "a copy of XP" ? Did you download it and the key code or did someone else make it for you?

it is a downloaded copy and cd key.
i have tried a normal copy of xp and now on xp64 and still happens.
