Looking for gpu upgrade advice

Hi everyone. I have a dell xps 710 I ordered it with a geforce 8600gts video card. I currently upgraded my memory to max at 4 gig of crucial balistix ddr2, and now i want to upgrade from the video card I currently have but I dont know which one to go to. I would like to buy one that has the sli so that I may purchase 2. Does anyone have any sugestions for a really good gaming card that is not in the overpiced range. I dont want to spend much more then a couple hundred on both cards. Any help would be appreciated.

I am getting the 9800gtx for mine in a couple of days. Does the XPS 710 support SLi? I didn't think that dell sold SLi units.

Anyways 2 9800 GTX cards should cost about 300-400 total
