Hello furyoko
if it is listed in the Msconfig... , there should be a path for where the registry entry is ( follow that path ) , you are able to remove that , that will remove the entry in the msconfig section ( if you really want to that is... )
Be sure to backup the registry before proceeding !!! ( the registry should not be taken lightly and be sure you remove the correct entry... ) the registry is a VERY important part for the function of your computer...
Just a tip/suggestion , if all is well may be worth leaving it alone
