this one has me perplexed. I have been sent a number of .flv video clips and asked to work with the audio from this format. If i can find a way to convert the audio portion of this file into .wav or .mp3 etc, i would be all set. Any help on how to accomplish this would be most helpful. I have RealAudio which plays the vid and then Win Media Player, Nero, and a couple of audio editing apps, but none of them (besides RA) can open the .flv format.
Since i wasnt getting anywhere with that, i fiddled around with trying to just record audio while the RealPlayer video is playing, using the Windows Sound Recorder. It came out blank - i don't know if it is possible to accept input from the audio playing from the vid or not- i have never used this tool. This would also be a satisfactory solution of i can get it working.
I have a PC with WinXP(2002)SP3. Pentium 4, 1GB RAM, in case that is needed.
