This removed unneeded Files or folders
Run Disk Clean up Start> All Programs> Accessories> Systemn Tools> Disk Clean Up
-After Disk clean up id finished...
Run Disk Defragmenter Start> All Programs> Accessories> Systemn Tools> Disk Defragmenter
-After it is complete...

This is a step for removing programs you installed
Open Add/Remove Programs XP: Start> Control Panel> Add/Remove Programs
-Then remove programs that you have installed or do not need...
Vista: Start> Control Panel> Programs and Features
-Then remove programs that you have installed or do not need...
