nail.exe removal problems

i've tried almost every method that has been mentioned here so far to remove the nail.exe ...

- i made the remove.bat
- i ran hijackthis and removed it
- i ran the clean-up program
- i ran ewido
- i tried to remove nail.exe manually, many times

... and so on. as soon as i removed it from hijackthis, i ran it again, and it was already back. no matter what i run, if i reboot, if i log off ... or whatever ... nail.exe keeps coming back. has anyone come across any new method to deleting this thing? i'm dying here ...
