Computer infected with MSANSSPC.DLL

My comp. is infected with this trojan virus (trojan.win32.qkk) and I can't get rid of it..
Tried to delete msansspc.dll several times but no success.
Changes that I've noticed is that my comp is slower than usual and a lot of unwanted emails..YIKES!
I have windows xp
Please help!
