I receive a window that pops up from windows firewall saying that it blocked Trojan.Zlob.G but that the problem is not fixed. In order to 'fix' the problem, I am reffered to some off-beat virus scanning software. I have not downloaded the recomended fix, as I suspect that it is somehow linked in with the virus. I have disconnected the infected PC from the internet completely, and am using a non-infected pc to communicate and run downloads using a flash drive.

I have run a slew of virus and malware scans (AVG anti-virus, malwarebytes, CCleaner, SUPERantivirus) and have found absolutely no infected files. The scanners are up to date.

I do not know how to get the virus off, and help would be much appriciated.

I was actually able to fix the problem. :)

Going through msconfig and disabling the problem program in startup allowed me to delete it. Normally it was in documents and settings/user/local settings/application data/google, however it could not be deleted. Running my computer in safe mode allowed me to open the directory and delete the files. Ever since I rebooted after that, the problem was fixed. :)
