im having trouble with movies/games/etc... with some of them acting very slowly at times. now, i already had a topic on the malware forum, and my computer should now be clean. because i still had problems on the end, he asked me to run a sfc /scannow and i got an prompt for an CD. now, we might find this CD but it is unlikely. Could someone help me with this?

To run sfc /scannow you can use borrowed XP CD, but it must have exactly same XP version.

Unfortunately, not.
The thing is, everyone needs Windows CD sooner, or later.

You can go to the store, or you can search on-line. Often on-line stores offer better deals. Try Amazon, or newegg.
