Hi wonder if anyone can help, please?

My Goddaughter had a Win32.netsky.Q virus, and I did some searching for it, and found a virus remoal tool for it, at Bitdefender. Unfortunatley i turns out to be a bit more vicious than I originally thought.

After rebooting, it gets to the Windows screen with the green progress bar, then momentaraly not long enough to read unfortunatley) the BSOD, then crashes & reboots!

I can load it into safe ode, but system recovery sits there & wont do anything, Windows repair console scan and says it fixes files, I can FIXBOOT, and FIXMBR and CHKDSK, but nothing gets it going!1

Can anyone advise what I can do next please? :)

I suggest you go to the Malware Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post a HiJackThis Log in THAT forum. If you are unable to run and/or post a HJT log, then post that in your initial post in the topic you create in that forum.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
