PWS.LDPinchIE keeps showing up in Spybot scan

I had other Trojans and was able to remove everything.

After rebooting I ran the scan again and the Trojan in the title returned.

Other programs like AVG and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware show a clean scan, I also ran Trend Micro's Housecall and Kapersky Online scan, all came up clean.

It seems that only Spybot is seeing the Trojan still.

I can't get into Safe Mode using F8 for some reason.
