I get the following message when I try to open M.O. to ActiveSync with my PDA, so I get unresolved items.

'Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location. The file C:\WINDOWS\outlook.pst is in use and could not be accessed. Close any application that is using this file, and then try again'.

I would appreciate any help.
