Hello,

Need your help to resolve some technical problems pertaining to malware infections.
In particular, below you will find issues currently experienced

1. PC performing slower than expected SW/HW specifications
2. AVG antivirus detects Tanatos.J/Heur infection
3. Unable to launch or access several exe applications
4. unable to run HJT and get log file
5. There are two Antivirus currently installed in system in particular Symantec Antivirus Client and AVG. I need to install only one unfortunately unable to uninstall the Symantec
