shot online error

i have been playing shot online for the past few months

all was workin well till tuesday night. i finished a game, let the mrs play some poker then i went back to log in again.
i have since been gettin an error.

error reads.

"an error has occured durin logo rendering. (shot_e_10)"

can any1 help PLEASE!!!!

this is pretty much the only game i play
