and they downloaded (finished), and running it and it says cannot find a compatible driver...?

hey kelly try downloading the international barialtion of the driver!
i got errors too when i tried to download the english version!
otherwise try uninstalling the driver from Add/remove programs or manually.
and then install teh driver that u got with the card!

I tried to download all of the international versions and still got the same error. I'm not sure how I would uninstall this...I can't find it on my add/remove list. Also what card are you talking about to reinstall?

well, where to start with this....
First, you're loaded with malware. Before we can address your other issue, we need to address that issue.
Please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .
That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty, then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

This will NOT solve the error message you are getting at start up, but it will give us a clean base to start on.

Hey
I went through the mal-ware screen and did all of that stuff. My pc seems to be running better...alittle slow but better. I have rebooted twice and the NvQTwK error has not reappeared. So something worked.
The only problem I still seem to have is on my control panel I can't access my desktop features ie screen saver, wallpaper....
