Help with Word - Document won't fill screen

Take a look at this screen shot:

The document, even when maximized, will not fill the entire screen. In the screen shot, you can still see the desktop at the top - the document can't be moved or anything. It's just stuck that way. I tried opening a new document, restarting the computer - nothing seems to work. Full screen mode doesn't work either.

This behaviour is typically caused by a stray toolbar somewhere along the line.
Reset the window and see if you can size the window manually to fill the screen - ie, not click the Maximize button.
