I'm running XP 2002, SP3. I have performed a number of updates, and also used a trial of XP 2007. Somewhere in the process, Outlook was damaged, and now it won't let me enter phone numbers for old or new contacts--I get a "needs to close down" message. I tried reinstalling Outlook and even the whole Windows program from the disk too many times to count. I tried System Restore. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Outlook again and again. No matter what I do, it seems to "pick up" the same problem from the previous installation. Any ideas would really be appreciated!!
