Rohrscach112 has been trying to help me with my trojan virus problems but the latest advice he has given me is to go to the tech guys here and have them help me remove SP3. He said my PC is really messed up.
1st of all, am I in the right forum now?
If I am in the right place, How do I remove SP3? I can only do things in safe mode on my pc, I get the BSOD when I try anything on normal mode. I will repost the errors I get on the BSOD and repost them here to see if that will help at all.
thanks,
Don

Stop 0x8e can typically be fixed by applying Service Pack 3.
Do you have a HP computer by any chance please?

I have a DELL Inspiron E1705

I was told by rohrschach112 to remove SP3.......As if it were inhibiting my ability to remove the malware. The stop 0X8E occurred before and after the SP3 removal.
