okay ive gone to my universitys website to login an check my email http://www.deakin.edu.au/deakinonline/
wehn i move the mouse near the login area theres this thing its basically like a small tooltip button sort of thing that has alot of question marks on it,

when clicked it takes me to
http://sam.sensky.co....jpg&ally_id=-3

not sure what exactly this site is but can anyone explain this?

I tried it with two different browsers at the "http://www.deakin.ed.../deakinonline/" link. Hovered over everything on the page and didn't get anything like what you described. You might be infected with malware. Think I would stay away from the other site or have a serious virus scan after visiting.
