Trojans (I think?) creep back after running Malwarebytes

Hello,
I have run Malwarebytes for the second time tonighht, so far so good; I ran it maybe a week ago, computer was fine, but then the problems seemed to creep back in. I was not able to login under my screen name (is this "booting"?)

but was able to login after choosing "Debugging mode"...(prior to running Malwarebytes tonight).

Was hoping to post a HijackThis log, and maybe someone can tell if something is still there????
