Outlook Business Contact Manager Error

I have Outlook 2003. Today when I open it, a window keeps coming up saying that " Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". The option is to Send Report or Not to Microsoft to report the error. So the error doesn't go away, it keeps popping up and I can't access any of my Inbox or Sent Items when the error message window pops up.

I have Microsoft Office XP Professional
Version 2002
Service Pack 2

Let me know what other info you may need.
