Hello ! everybody !

Being a web designer I am very eager to learn flash action script 2.0. Any one can suggest me how to learn this AS,
I want to learn step by step so, please,.. please.. please.. suggest me your cool ideas, is there any web sites or any books bla.. bla.. bla.. that will be great for me to start my digging for AS 2.0...

I have a knowledge about Flash animation also simple action scripting but I am not satisfied...

Kindly guide me which is the best way to learn action script...step by step
