If hard drive wasn't replaced, it should be Seagate one.
Go back to my link, and download SeaTools for DOS v2.07 (Graphical) (ISO CD-ROM Image).
Download, and install free Imgburn: http://www.imgburn.c...hp?act=download
Using Imgburn, burn downloaded .iso file to a CD.
Boot the computer from that CD.

Can I use a dvd instead of a cd?
I don't have a cd, but I do have about 400 dvd's

If your drive reads DVDs, yes.

Good point. I already forgot about it.
I'm running out of options here.
Your motherboard may have some issues.
I don't know what else we could try, short of seeking pro-shop help.
Unless someone else will come up with some other advice.
