I am having problems running my recovery cd from bios

When I restart and go to Bios all i get is four icons: (1) a stack of 3 cds, (2) a single cd, (3) a floppy disc icon, (4) icon that looks like two system communicating wireless. It restart windows again. Anyone have any ideas how to run my recovery disc another way?

This is not the BIOS it’s the boot order
ie
Hard drive
Cdrom drive
Floppy drive
Network

You choose which to boot from using the arrow keys or maybe the tab key, your manual will tell you which keys to use
to change the boot order,
