Need to update Dell Latitude X1 laptop BIOS

Hi all,

I have bought a used Dell Latitude X1 to replace my Inspiron 8500.

I like it.

I need to know the step by step directions I need to do in order to upgrade the BIOS.

The diretions I found were not very clear.
