internet freezes when opening favorites

i dont remember if i posted this once before but i never got on to check and its probably too old by now. but anyways i was just wondering if anyone knows why my internet will get the error and then options to send or dont send everytime i open my favorites or try to add things to my favorites on internet explorer?

Why? IE8 is still in beta stages, and as such, it shouldn't be installed on your main computer.
Uninstall. It'll go back to IE7.
