As of last night whenever I click on my icon for internet explorer I get a message that Windows has experienced an error and is shutting down (various blurb as to why this has happended and tells me to send an error report to them etc.).

If I go through my Blueyonder help thingy I can still get onto the net, what has happended to using the icon itself and how do I fix it as this is a lot more convenient?
