Napster Problem

I recently did a system restore on my computer, and i reinstalled napster. When I go to open the program, it opens and then says "configuring your windows media player please wait". Then an error message comes up saying "Napster has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Napster and Windows Media Player, but nothing seems to work. Help?
