I installed a software to secure connect to my company, but it didnot work: The instalation took forever and I had to reboot. The last window said it didn't support the iconed login and it was disabling it. After rebooting, The OS didn't start, never showed the log in window. At secure mode I could not de-instal, because instalation never ended. I erased some things even in registers and could get back my computer to work, but now is allways delaying and freezing for seconds.

I hope this is enough information for you to help me.
Thanks.

1. Backup everything important to an external hard drive or floppy drive

2. Reformat your hard drive - you will lose everything, but this will ensure that any software related issues are taken care of.
