I was perusing through my Device Manager this morning and noticed that I have a yellow question mark under Other devices, Multimedia Audio Controller. I did install a Sound Blaster card yesterday. Could that have anything to do with it, if not what might cause that?

Thank you!

yup that's what the issue is...you need to install the driver that came with your sound card...they should have sent a disk with the card...if they didn't you'll need to go to the creative website and download the driver

I did intstall the drivers from the installation CD for the Sound Blaster card yesterday. I thought that might be what caused this problem. The sound card seems to be working fine, but if you think I should install again, I will.

Thanks!
