SD card not reading DELL Inspirion B130

I am attempting to read a 4G SD card in my DELL Inspirion B130. There is not a slot for this in my laptop but when I attach my KODAK Easyshare it cannot read the SD card. It reads the hard drive of the camea but when I place the card in the camera it does not read. Is there a drive I can install. Please helppppp - dbing
