Need help to login into XP

I was trying to get rid of a toolbar (Netfinder) - Have deleted folder windowssA now when I restart windows xp - system does not recognize login and boot me out.
Even when restarting in safe mode system does not let in using administrator.

So I'm in a loop here...

Is there any way I can login into XP ever again?

If so please post the steps.
