-Cannot open Windows Media Player (series 10) because it says 'Cannot perform operation, low disk space', although i have plenty of space left on my hard drive.
-When i minimize a window, it does not show up on the toolbar, and i have to use the shortcut Alt + Tab to change to different windows. Very annoying!
-Cannot install ServicePack 1a as it comes up with 'Service Pack 1 Setup Cancelled' every time i try to install. I have done what others have said to do i.e. Start run and enter the two things, something along the lines of licdll.dll. Both were successful but still did not solve my problem.
-Cannot defragment the disk as it does not start.
-Cannot do a virus scan (after i had found the virus, not how i found it in the first place) on Norton Antivirus because it does not start up (and Internet Security).
Sorry i have alot of problems to solve and im sure it will take alot of time to fix them all but i would be very grateful if they were fixed because i cannt work on my computer otherwise! Please help me as im not a computer expert
