Hey y'all ;) ,

Just registered because I need some serious computer help and figured here is the place.

Ok, so my computer has been running slow - I figured it was due to Ad/Malware so updated all my ad/malware programs and deleted the things I found.
However, my computer is still getting pop-ups, and I still only have dial-up at my parents house, and the internet keeps getting d/c'd because of this.

I ran my Symantec antivirus and it detected the bloodhound w.32.ep virus saying it can't get rid of it. I have run all programs I have - all being Adaware, GIANT spyware + bps spyware - and this is my current hijackthis log:

Just an update to say that Symantec has now said it's found another? I dunno if it is another or just the same one.... another bloodhound w.32.ep one...and it's quarantined this one but access is denied?

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:
