I think i got a virus after downloading a file, and well my laptop suddenly shut down and started restarting and then wen it loads, the blue screen comes out and then says tht line, autocheck thing, and then restarts all over again for a million times, i cant get into my computer, and i dont know wat to do with those f2 and f8 menus , the safe mode doesnt work, the last config thing doesnt work either, should i give it to a an IT expert first.

note i am ignorant in computers and in anything to do with systems and etc., help please! and i know this has been noted on many sites, but i cant seem to find someone having a similar problem
