I get this: "Windows Media Player has encounter a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." How do I fix this? I have not installed a new program or made any driver changes. I have, however, had to replace the CMOS battery. Where do I find the error message number? Thanks for your help in advance.
