Not very good with this. Was hoping someone could enlighten me. When I am typing, sometimes words are encompassed in a ble rectangular box. Unlike spelling and Grammer errors, there is no check for why these boxes are there. I have found no help in all of the help readings. When I print the pages, the blue encompassing rectangles are still there. I'm sure it is a very common thing that I just haven't learned yet. If someone could help me, I would appreciate it.

Thanks
Sonny

Click “View”, “Toolbars” and “Tables and Borders”. This should allow you to view the borders toolbar. See if that and all other options are turned on. Uncheck all. Possibly AutoText was set up for certain words?

Might list which Word you are using in case someone knows of a better solution.

If you still have problems, let me know. Maybe I can track down a Word expert here.
