I recently did a system recovery, my drivers didn't update so I updated them manually. I maxed my monitor refresh rate to 75 Hz. When I access the internet & I go to websites with heavy flash content/ media/ advertisements/ etc, I get lag when scrolling up & down the page (it looks like layers of waves coming up & down the screen). I have smooth scrolling enabled on my desktop/ web browser & I still have a problem.. Could there be a problem with my video drive/card? Am I missing something? Or didn't over check something?
