As I stated with other similar posts, you need to look into similar sites like http://GetaFreelancer.com/ . Open an account and post your job requirements to be bid on. You can separate the requirements on these sites to try to get a good bid. You might also Google for web design companies.

It is against the Terms of Use to solicit for business on this forum.
