sorry ive kinda just followed the instructions as a rule of thumb and not really understood much of it,

the spybot or avast won't conflict with the others at all?

Those all can be deleted. However, I would keep NTREGOPT. This tool can optimize your registry.

Spybot is an on-demand scanner, along with much of those that were downloaded in the prevention speech. You also need an antivirus, which is real-time (it is always running actively, and safeguarding your computer), Avast. On-demand scanners can be run as a secondary tool at any point, and won't conflict with anything. The only thing you want to avoid is two antivirus scanners, as they will conflict. But, you don't need to worry about that. :)
