OK, so the time has finally come for me to upgrade my AMD 3200xp based system. My plan is to get the following:

Asus P5Q-E mobo
Intel E8400
2 ATi based 4830 in Crossfire
4gb Corsair Dominator RAM
Antec Neopower 650

A few questions about this

I've heard about potential issues installing an aftermarket CPU cooler with this CPU/mobo combination. Can any confirm this?
Not planning on overclocking immediately, is a video card cooler needed?
With the planned setup will there be significant bottlenecking at the CPU?
I've heard I may have potential issues with a 32 bit OS recognizing all my memory, can anyone confirm?
I've heard mixed opinions on crossfire, some say its better to runa single 4850 vs crossfire 4830's. Again, advice needed on best choice here.

Anyone have any other input or advice on my intended build?

Thanks for the input.
