Add printer to Server 2k

I need to be able to add a printer to the server that is connected to a remote computer. the remote computer has an account it remotes into the sever with, runs a program, then needs to print to the printer where the user is. Logging onto the administrator account, I attempt to add the printer, but am unable to print. What should I do?
