Initially, my PC was attacked by virus and it always prompt out an error message.
Then, I started to scan using Symantec AntiVirus but it is not really help and cannot detect the virus. After that, I have decided to download AVG from internet and it manage to scan the virus as Win32/cryptor.
Once I managed to clean the virus, the system ask me to reboot and since that I cannot access my desktop and it just show the backgroud wallpaper.
Besides, I also tried to look into several forums about this : http://www.geekstogo...ue-t218236.html which have almost the same problem and try to excute some of the application as advice in the forum as below:

I suggest you go to the Malware Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post a HiJackThis Log in THAT forum. If you are unable to run and/or post a HJT log, then post that in your initial post in the topic you create in that forum.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
