For no apparent reason my Emails from my IMAP server wont update to Outlook, this means I have to go to my webmail which is a pain. It stopped working on Thursday. I am not sure of all the technical parts of email but my system is as follows.
Microsoft Outlook 2002 with SP3
My broadband server provides one lot of email, which is fine.
Then I have a website server with webmail, which usually downloads automatically to a seperate folder in Outlook. This has stopped working.
The webmail works fine, when I go to the site.
I am not really familiar with all the correct terminology with emails etc so I hope you can fathom the problem?
This happened once before and I just started a new file. Ideally I would like to get the first file working again.
