Hi - I have a MacBook, OS10. I have my display preference set to 1024x640. About half the time when I turn the computer on, it has a grayed-out inch on the bottom of the screen. The only way I have found to fix it is to go to the display icon in my toolbar, choose a different preference, then after it changes to the one I don't want I go back and re-select 1024x640. Then it's fine! When I initially go to the display, it DOES show 1024x640. Anyone know why this is happening and/or how I can fix it permanently? Thank you.
